03. OPERATION
3.1. ZERO THE DISPLAY
You can press the key at any me to set the zero point from which all other weighing and counng is
measured, within 2% of power up zero. This will usually only be necessary when the pan is empty. When the
zero point is obtained the display will show indicator for zero.
The scale has an automac rezeroing funcon to account for minor driing or accumulaon of material on
the plaorm. However you may need to press the
key to rezero the scale if small amounts of weight are
shown when the plaorm is empty.
3.2. TARING
Zero the scale by pressing the key if necessary. The zero indicator will be on.
Place a container on the pan a value for its weight will be displayed.
Press the
key to tare the scale. The weight that was displayed is stored as the tare value and that value is
subtracted from the display, leaving zero on the display.
The “NET” indicator will be on. As product is added only the weight of the product will be shown.
When the container is removed a negave value will be shown. If the scale was tared just before removing the
container this value is the gross weight of the container plus all products that was removed.
The zero indicators will also be on because the plaorm is back to the same condion it was when the
key was last pressed.
3.3. WEIGHING UNIT SHIFT
Press key and key to together will change weighing unit in the weight mode, relevant weighing unit
mark turn on (kg or lb).
04. PARAMETERS AND CALIBRATION
4.1. ENTER SETTING MODE
To set parameters, first turn on the weighing scales, hold the key during self-checking, unl display show
“F1 CAL”.
4.2. CALIBRATE
Aer enter seng mode, the display will show “F1 CAL”. press key, display shows “UNLD”, empty the
plaer, aer STABLE indicator on, press
key again, display shows the calibrate weight, you can press
key to select calibrate weight, aer you select, put the calibrate weight on, aer STABLE indicator on, press
key to sure, scale will auto restart. calibraon finished.
4.3. CHANGE CAPACITY
Aer enter seng mode, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press key select , unl display shows “F3 CAP ”,
press
para introducir, presione a tecla key to enter, press key to select capacity , press zero key
to sure.
4.4. SET RESOLUTION
Aer enter seng mode, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press the key display shows “F2 RES “ press the
key to enter, press the key select current resoluon. Press the key confirms.
4.5. CHECK INTERNAL COUNTS
Aer enter seng mode, display shows “F1 CAL”, press key select , display shows “F4 INP”, press key
to enter, display shows internal counts, press
key to return seng mode.
4.6. SET AUTO POWER OFF TIME
Aer enter seng mode, display shows “F1 CAL”, press key select , unl display shows “F5 oFF”, press
