If the burner on your Bayou Classic Fryer won't light, start by checking for blockages in the burner tube caused by spider webs, insects, or debris. Disconnect the hose from the burner and inspect the burner tube, cleaning it as needed. Also, ensure that the propane tank has enough gas and that the cylinder valve is fully open.
