Un'efficiente manutenzione e una corretta lubrificazio-
ne contribuiscono a mantenere la macchina in perfetta
efficienza.
13.1 Lubrificazione
Ogni 8 ore di lavoro, ingrassare il gruppo di comando nei
punti provvisti di ingrassatore (fig.5/3).
Ogni 8 ore ingrassare i perni comando lama del gruppo di
comando DUPLEX e DUAL Laser (fig.13/1).
I gruppi di comando a bagno d’olio contengono 1 litro d’olio
il normale e 1,4 litri il tipo a doppio comando.
Per verifiche o rabbocchi d’olio togliere la protezione oscil-
lante A (fig.4/2).
Svitare il tappo dell’olio e assicurarsi che il livello sia circa
60 mm sotto al foro per il normale e 40 mm per il tipo
doppio. In caso il livello sia inferiore, rabboccare con olio
AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80 W/90 (rif. US.A.MIL - L2105C)
(fig.13/2).

Efficient maintenance and correct lubrication contribu-
te towards keeping the machine in perfect working or-
der.
13.1 Lubrication
Every 8 work hours, grease the drive unit at the lubrication
points (fig.5/3).
The blade control pivots of DUPLEX and DUAL Laser
gearbox must be greased every 8 hours (fig.13/1).
The oil bath control units contain 1 litre of oil for the normal
unit and 1.4 litres for unit dual command.
For periodic checks or to fill the proper oil levels, remove
the oscillating safety device A (fig.4/2).
Unfasten the oil tap and make sure the oil level is roughly
2 ¼ inches (60 mm) below the hole for the normal unit,
and 1½ inches (40 mm) for the double unit. If the oil level
is too low, fill with AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80 W/90 oil (ref.
US.A.MIL – L2105C) (fig.13/2).

13.1 Lubrification
Toutes les 8 heures de travail graisser le groupe de com-
mande dans les endroits pourvus de graisseur (fig.5/3).
Toutes les 8 heures, graisser les axes commande lame du
groupe de commande DUPLEX et DUAL Laser (fig.13/1).
Les groupes de commande à bain d’huile contiennent 1
litre d’huile pour le type normal et 1,4 litre pour le type à
double commande.
Pour des vérifications ou des remplissages d’huile il faut
enlever la protection oscillante A (fig.4/2).
Dévisser le bouchon de l’huile et s’assurer que le niveau
soit à 60 mm environ sous le trou pour le type normal et à
40 mm pour le type double. Si le niveau est inférieur, il faut
remplir avec de l’huile AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80 W/90
(réf. US.A. MIL - L2105C) (fig.13/2).

Un mantenimiento efficiente
una correcta lubricación
contribuyen a mantener la máquina en perfecto funcio-
namiento.
13.1 Lubricación
Cada 8 horas de trabajo, engrasar el grupo de mando en
los puntos provistos de engrasador (fig.5/3).
Cada 8 horas hay que engrasar los pernos de control de la
cuchilla del grupo de mando DUPLEX y DUAL Laser (fig.
13/1).
Los grupos de mando con baño de aceite contienen 1 litro
de aceite el normal y 1.4 litros el grupo de doble mando.
Para controles o rellenos de aceite, quitar la protección
oscilante A (fig.4/2).
Desenroscar el tapón del aceite y asegurarse de que el ni-
vel sea de aproximadamente 60 mm por debajo del orificio
para el normal y 40 mm para el tipo doble. Si el nivel es
inferior, rellenar con aceite AGIP ROTRA MP SAE80 W/90
(ref. US.A.MIL - L2105C) (fig.13/2).

Eine wirkungsvolle Wartung und entsprechende, ord-
nungsgemäße Schmierung tragen zur langfristigen ho-
hen Leistungsfähigkeit des Geräts bei.
13.1 Schmieren
Nach jeweils 8 Arbeitsstunden das Antriebswerk an den
vorgesehenen Schmierstellen (Bild 5/3) schmieren.
Die Messersteuerbolzen der DUPLEX und DUAL Laser
Steuerung alle 8 Stunden schmieren (Bild 13/1).
Die Ölbad-Antriebsgruppen enthalten 1 Liter Öl und 1.4 Li-
ter bei vorhandenem mit doppelter Steuerung.
Für regelmäßig überprüft und ggf. Öl auf gefüllt werden,
die Abdeckung A (Bild 4/2) zu entfernen.
Den Öldeckel losschrauben und sicherstellen, dass sich
der Ölstand bei der normalen Ausführung ca. 60mm und
40mm bei der doppelt-Ausführung unter der Öffnung be-
findet. Bei niedrigerem Ölstand ist Öl der Sorte AGIP RO-
TRA MP SAE80W/90 (Bez. US.A. MIL-L2105C) (Bild 13/2)
aufzufüllen.
