• Try turning the volume up louder.
Outgoing calls cannot be made:
• Check the phone number and try
again.
• Have you activated call barring? If so,
please disable all call barring.
• Check whether the SIM card is
registered on the network.
• Check whether enough credit is on
your SIM card.
You do not receive incoming calls:
• Check whether the SIM card is
registered on the network.
• Check whether the phone is turned
on.
• Check the signal strength
• Have you activated call barring? If so,
please disable all call barring.
Send SMS does not work
• Please check the SMSC number
(message centre number) in the
following menu item:
“Messages - Settings - SMS settings -
SIM - SMSC – Address”: Your carrier’s
message centre number should
appear here.
