Display is black:
• Check the battery status, charge the
battery, or replace it.
• Check the background image.
• Did the phone get wet?
Blocked PIN:
• Check whether the PIN code was
entered correctly. If the PIN code has
been entered incorrectly 3x, the SIM
card is locked and you will need the
PUK code: (Please contact your
network operator for your PUK code).
I cannot hear the conversation partner:
• During a call, please use the side
buttons to adjust the call volume.
