fixed dial. If you enter 3 times error PIN2 code
continuously, the SIM card will be locked, and then
you must enter PUK2 code to unlock.
PUK
An 8 digit key code. Used to unlock SIM cards after
the wrong PIN has been entered. PUK is provided by
your service provider.
