TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event your adjustable base fails to operate, investigate the issues or concern wit h possible solutions
provided below:
Adjustable base is not power i n g up o r working
Remote is not working or the adjustable base is
not responding
Head/Foot Section is not working, stuck in an
upright position
Check under t he adj u s t able b a se to v e rify the
wired connections are secure. Remove any
obstructions that may prevent movement of the
adjustable base.
Plug the adjustable base into a different electrical
outlet, or test the current electrical outlet with
another appliance (a grounded electrical surge
protector is recommended).
The electrical circuit breaker could have tripped
and needs to be re-set.
On your remote, press the head-up and the
foot-up butt ons at the same time. The light on
the remote wil l blink to the contro l bo x an d
actuator, which are paired correctly.
If the remote contro l is no t working , please check
the batteries and replace if necessary.
If head or foot sections elevate, but do not return
to the flat position , the bed movemen t may be
obstructed. Check a n d r e m o v e t h o s e
obstructions. The h e a d s e c t i o n m a y b e t o o c l o s e
to the wall. If so, pul l i t out.
Try unplugging the power cord from the electrica l
outl et then re-plug.
