Summary

Installation Guide

Select Location and Mount Unit

Choose a level spot below the condensate pan drain for tank placement and wall mounting.

Connect Condensate Drain

Use flexible tubing or PVC for drain connection, extending at least 1" into the tank.

Connect Discharge Tubing

Connect discharge tubing to check valve using vinyl tubing or NPT fitting, avoid over-tightening.

Proper Discharge Tubing Setup

Ensure discharge tubing is slanted downward; limit vertical run to 12' (CB15) or 17' (CB20).

Connect Safety Switch

Connect safety switch leads to prevent overflow or system shutdown if pump fails.

Tank Lid Positioning

Rotate tank lid 180° to change check valve position for mounting flexibility.

Electrical Connection and Safety

Connect to a grounded receptacle using the 3-prong plug; do not pump flammable liquids.

Test Pump Operation

Lift the test tab to confirm the main switch and motor are functioning correctly.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Disconnect Power Before Servicing

Always disconnect the unit from the electrical supply before performing any maintenance.

Troubleshooting Pump Issues

Check power, discharge/intake kinks, float movement, fan freedom, and switch seating.

Inspect Check Valve Assembly

Examine pump-check valve intake for obstructions; remove check valve by turning counterclockwise.

Limited Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage Details

Covers material/workmanship defects for specified periods under normal operating conditions.

Application and Usage Limitations

Warranty excludes damages from improper installation, abuse, misuse, or abnormal applications.
