Use this guide to address problems with your BedJet Product. If problems cannot be resolved, please

service without first obtaining Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
BedJet Audible Notifications – What does the BEEP mean?

1 Beep
 BedJet switched on
 Cooling/heating mode ON command
received from the remote control or App
 Air Flow increase/decrease command
received from remote control or App
 This is normal operation
2 Beeps
 Cooling/heating mode OFF command
received from the remote control or App
 This is normal operation
3 Beeps
 Remote control learning/pairing function
has been successfully accomplished
 This indicates successful learning/pairing
of a remote control to the BedJet
 Remote control has not been learned if 3
beeps are not made
5 Beeps
 A system monitoring error has occurred
 The BedJet will be non-functional until
resolved
