Before rst time use
Carry out a trial run with a little bit of
coffee for a perfect aroma. Throw away
the coffee from the rst concoction. Then
clean the device as described in the "Clean-
ing and care" chapter.
When rst using a new device, the air rst
needs to be displaced from the pump and
the pipelines. This may cause loud pump-
ing noises. Please prepare 3-4 drinks to ll
the pipelines with water. Afterwards, the
device will run quietly and reliably in the
long term.
