Calls are not connected
Ensure that you have accessed the correct GSM network.
Others cannot hear you speaking on a call
Ensure that the MIC is close to your mouth.
Ensure that it Mute option is not selected on your device.
A network often disconnected or poor audio quality issue
Ensure that the device's external antenna is straight-up and not loose/broken.
When you are in areas with weak RF signals or poor reception, you may lose
reception. You may have connectivity problems due to issues with the service
provider's base station. Move to another area where the RF signal strength is
good and try again.
Using the device while moving
Receive in handset or Speaker mode is low
Check the handset or speaker volume setting are not at low levels.
Phone does not ring
Check the ring settings in the phone menu for ring volume is not set at 0. Correct it
by selecting the ring volume other than 0 as desired.
Data Upload/Download speed is low
Check the RF signal strength from the phone LCD display. When the RF signal is
poor, it may effect the data upload/download speed. Move the phone to good RF
signal strength area for better data upload/download speed.
Battery exhausted very fast
It happens when phone is used as hotspot. It is recommended to connect the
power adaptor to phone while using as hotspot.
