TROUBLE SHOOTING
No display
Check the phone is Power on.
Check the battery is connected properly and battery is not in dip discharged state.
Check the Switching adaptor is connected properly.
Your device does not Power on
When the battery is completely/deep discharged, your device will not turn on.
Charge the battery completely before turning on the device.
The battery may not be connected properly. Connect the battery again.
Wipe/Clean all three pins of fixed battery (male) in battery compartment and
battery connector (Female) fixed with battery. Connect the battery again.
Display backlit blinking
Check the battery is connected properly and battery is not about to empty.
No Caller Display
Check the caller may have withheld their number.
Check the record cannot be found in your phonebook. Check that the number you
have saved in phonebook is with wrong name and number.
During switching on your device or while you are using the device, it
prompts you to enter the following codes:
Password: When the phone lock feature is enabled, you must enter the phone
password you set for the device to make the calls/receive the calls.
Your device displays network or service error messages
When you are in areas with weak signals or poor reception, you may lose
reception. Move to good signal strength area.
You cannot access some options without a subscription. Contact your service
provider for more details.
Device hangs or shows fatal errors
If your device hangs, you may need to close applications or reinsert the battery
and turn on the device.
If this does not solve the problem, perform a factory restore. Before performing the
Restore setting, remember to take the backup of all important data stored on the
device .
