POWERLIGHT PL2000
The mains connection is made with a standard IEC receptacle. A matching
power cord is included.
Your rack lights fuse holder is located here. Blown fuses should only be
replaced with fuses of the same type and rating.
This is your PL2000s automatic circuit breaker. If the total load of the equipment
you have connected to the PL2000 exceeds 8 A, the circuit breaker engages
and completely turns the PL2000 off. If this happens, remove one or more of
the units you have connected in order to lower the overall load below 8 A.
After approx. 2 minutes the automatic circuit breaker is reset and your PL2000
can be turned on again. If the circuit breaker engages again, disconnect
additional equipment.
Important information on the top side
Important information about the polarity of the connectors and the maximum
allowed load is located on the top side of your POWERLIGHT PL2000.

INSTALLATION IN A RACK
The PL2000 requires one height unit (1 HE) for installation in a 19-inch rack.
Please assure that there are additional 10 cm (4 inches) of free space in the back
for connecting cables.
Be sure that there is enough air space around the unit for cooling and, to avoid
overheating, please do not place the EUROPOWER on top of power amplifiers or
other heat-emitting equipment.
For installation in a rack, use M6 machine screws and nuts.
