      zsimonAug 15, 2025
If your Beko Washer enters standby mode or doesn't take in water, check if the tap is turned on and turn it on if it's off. Also, ensure the water inlet hose is not bent and flatten it if it is. Clean the water inlet filter if it is clogged. Make sure the loading door is closed properly. Finally, check the water connection; if the water is cut off, press the Start/Pause key after the water has been supplied again to resume the operation from standby mode.

Why laundry in my Beko Washer doesn't smell like the softener?
    • M
      Mark VaughnAug 23, 2025
If the laundry in your Beko Washer doesn't smell like the softener, it might be because the detergent is put in the wrong compartment. If detergent is put in the prewash compartment although prewash cycle is not selected, machine can take this detergent during rinsing or softener step. Wash and clean the dispenser with hot water and put the detergent in the correct compartment. Also, make sure you do not mix the softener with detergent, and wash and clean the dispenser with hot water.

Why does my Beko WCV 6611 BW Washer vibrate or make noise?
    • N
      nathanmoranAug 27, 2025
If your Beko Washer vibrates or makes noise, it might be due to several reasons. First, check if the machine is standing unbalanced and adjust the feet to level it. Ensure the transportation safety bolts are removed. A hard substance might have entered the pump filter, so clean the pump filter. The laundry quantity could be too little, so add more laundry, or the machine might be overloaded, so take some laundry out. Also, make sure that the machine is not leaning on anything.

Why is there detergent residue in the Beko WCV 6611 BW Washer detergent drawer?
    • K
      Katherine StewartAug 31, 2025
If you see detergent residue in the detergent drawer of your Beko Washer, dry the detergent drawer before putting in detergent. Ensure detergents are kept closed in an environment free of humidity and not exposed to excessive temperatures. Check the water pressure and clean the holes of the detergent compartment if they are blocked. Do not mix the softener with detergent. Wash and clean the dispenser with hot water. Clean the drum regularly. For this, please see 4.4.2. Contact the Authorized Service Agent if there is a problem with the detergent drawer valves.

Why does too much foam form in my Beko WCV 6611 BW Washer?
    • S
      Scott JacksonSep 3, 2025
If too much foam forms in your Beko Washer, use detergents appropriate for the washing machine and only a sufficient amount. Store detergent in a closed and dry location, not in excessively hot places. If washing meshed laundry such as tulle, use smaller amounts of detergent. Put the detergent in the correct compartment. If softener is being taken early, contact the Authorized Service Agent as there may be a problem in the valves or in the detergent dispenser.

    • D
      Daniel KellySep 7, 2025
