  • Road Clearance: At least 380 mm (on basic configuration tires).
  • Track Dimensions (basic configuration tires): Front wheels: 1535±20 to 2120±20 mm. Rear wheels: 1600 to 1916 mm and 1946 to 2445 mm.
  • Turning Radius: Least radius of turning circle (with braking): 5.5 m.
  • Tractor Base: 2760±30 mm.
  • Maximum Fordable Depth: 0.85 m.
  • Overall Dimensions: Length (with loads and rear lift linkage in transport position): 4710±50 mm. Width (along the ends of rear wheel semi-axles): 2250±10 mm. Cab height: 3000±50 mm.
  • Tires (basic configuration): Front: 420/70R24. Rear: 520/70R38.
  • Electrical Equipment: Rated supply voltage in on-board power system: 12V. Rated ignition voltage: 24V.
  • Hydraulic System: Pump displacement (under crankshaft rated speed): at least 53 l/min. Safety valve operating pressure: 20-2 MPa. Nominal volume factor: at least 0.7.
  • Rear Lift Linkage: Load-lifting capacity on suspension axle: at least 6500 kg. Lifting time (lowermost to uppermost with test load): at least 5 seconds.
  • Cab: One-seated with protective rigid framework, thermal, noise, and vibration insulation. Equipped with a sprung seat, rear-view mirrors, sun visor, electrical wipers, screen washers, roof lamp, and a place for a radio set. Heating and ventilation system (additional air-conditioning against order). Complies with category 2 under EN 15695-1:2009.

Usage Features:

  • Engine Start: Requires engaging the parking brake, setting fuel feed to minimum, ensuring the electronic pedal is in its initial position, setting PTO drives to "off", hydraulic system valve group handles to "neutral", RLL control handle to "middle", and DL/FDA/FPTO switches to "off". The accumulator battery switch must be on, and the starter/instruments switch turned to "I". After heating plug pilot lamp goes out, start the engine by depressing the clutch and turning the key to "II".
  • Gear Shifting: GB ranges and gears should only be shifted when the tractor is stopped and the clutch pedal is fully depressed. For transport operations, shifting gears within a range is allowed while coasting with the clutch pedal fully depressed. Reduction unit pass "L" or "H" activation is only possible when the tractor is stopped and the gearshifting lever is in the neutral position.
  • Tire Pressure: Optimal inner pressure in tires depends on operational conditions and load. Always set tire pressure with due account for load and speed. Use a pressure gauge for accurate measurement.
  • Rear Wheel Track Formation: Adjusted by moving the hub and wheel along the semi-axle and by replacing wheels from one side to the other. Tighten tie bolts and wheel retaining nuts to specified torques.
  • Front Wheel Track Formation: Adjusted by displacing wheels from one side to the other and by changing the wheel disk position relative to the rim.
  • PTO Use: Rear PTO engagement and disengagement rules are detailed in the manual. Engage the rear PTO at engine speed close to minimum (1000-1100 rpm) to avoid impact load, then increase engine speed. Front PTO (if mounted) is continuous, one-speed, and rotates clockwise.
  • Hydraulic System: Provides switching of GB reduction unit passes, RPTO drive, FPTO drive, FDA drive, differential lock, filtration of transmission oil, pressure feed lubrication, and clutch hydraulic booster operation.
  • Steering: Hydrostatic steering control (HSC). Requires greater effort on the steering wheel when the engine is stopped as the feed pump is not active.
  • Drawbar Hitches: Various types (DH-2V, DH-3V, DH-2R, DH-1M-01, DH-1) are available for coupling trailed and semi-trailed implements.
  • Front Loader Installation: Requires checking fastener tightness and tire pressure. Ballast weights or water solution in rear tires may be needed to improve pitch stability and reduce front axle load. Loader operation on slopes greater than 8° is forbidden.
  • Safety: Strict adherence to safety measures is crucial. Only trained and licensed personnel should operate the tractor. Do not operate in closed rooms without ventilation. Ensure all protective enclosures are in place. Do not start the engine outside the operator's seat.

Maintenance Features:

  • Scheduled Maintenance: Includes shift-time maintenance (every 8-10 hours), MS-1 (every 125 hours), 2MS-1 (every 250 hours), MS-2 (every 500 hours), MS-3 (every 1000 hours), and special maintenance (every 2000 hours). Seasonal maintenance is also required.
  • Oil Level Checks: Regularly check oil levels in the engine crankcase, transmission, HLL tank, and HSC tank.
  • Filter Cleaning/Replacement: Clean/replace air conditioner filter cartridges, engine air cleaner filter elements, fuel filters, and hydraulic system filter cartridges as per schedule.
  • Brake System: Regularly check and adjust service brake control, parking brake control, and brake fluid levels.
  • Tire Maintenance: Inspect tires for faults, clean them, and adjust pneumatic pressure as needed.
  • Electrical System: Check wiring, wire bundles, and connections for damage. Replace faulty fuses.
  • Cooling System: Check coolant level in the engine cooling system and drain condensate from CAC radiator tanks.
  • Lubrication: Lubricate pivot axis bearings of FDA, clutch release yoke bearing, RLL turning shaft sleeves, and HSC hydraulic cylinders hinge joints.
  • Storage: For long-term storage, clean, preserve, and seal the tractor. Disconnect accumulator batteries and store them separately if temperatures are low or for extended periods.
  • Troubleshooting: The manual provides detailed instructions for troubleshooting possible failures in the clutch, gearbox, electronic control systems (DL, FDA, FPTO, GB reduction unit, RLL), rear axle, PTO shafts, brakes, pneumatic system, hydrostatic steering control, hydraulic lift linkage, electrical equipment, and air-conditioning/heating systems.
  • Specialized Repairs: Adjustments and repairs of certain complex systems (e.g., clutch control, transmission hydraulic system, electronic control systems) should only be performed by authorized dealers.
