Problem Solution
No network
connection
Please check all points on page number 4 (Insert
SIM-card)
A SMS didn´t get
a response
Check the format of the SMS again. Some com-
mands can only be triggered by the emergency
contact numbers.
Can not turn on
the watch
Please check the battery level by charging the
watch with the enclosed charger.
The time is not
correct
The time will be set automatically when the watch
receives a GPS signal. Please step outside and
send the command „01“ to the watch.

3 - Further functions / time zone
