UPPER HANDLE BAR
1. Align the upper handlebar to the lower handlebar and ensure the foam handle
is pointed up when viewed from behind.
2. Pass the bolts through the mounting holes of handles (Fig. 2).
3. Attach the washer to the bolt and secure the upper handlebar by turning the
lever up for tightening (Fig. 2).
4. Secure the control cord with the two clips provided (Fig. 3).
GRASS BAG/MULCHING OPTION
1. Align and insert the carry handle into the slots of top frame of grass bag
until both ends "click" into place (Fig. 4).
2. The grass bag is ready for use.
3. If you choose the mulcher function, then ensure the mulching plate is inserted over
the grass chute, do not install the grass bag. Remove the mulching plate to use
the grass bag.

WARNING: Do not attempt to use the product without either the grass bag
attached or the mulching plate installed - danger of flying objects!! The motor must
grass bag, or the mulching plate. The grass bag must be fully assembled with the
top part, bottom part, and collection tongue all in position before first use.

5. Align and hook the grass bag into the attachment slots of rear discharge chute.
Open the deflector guard, hold it in position; Insert the grass bag (Fig.5).
