Warranty Claim Procedure
Warranty service must be performed by one of our authorized service dealers.
Do not return your product where purchased. If you feel your pressure washer is
malfunctioning due to a defect or misuse, simply contact our customer support center
for technical advice, a warranty claim or general information. Warranty service,

Product Registration Instructions
Product registration is required for product support and warranty coverage. You
can register online at benchmark.midlandpowerinc.com. Once your registration
is complete, your receipt will be on file and any future warranty claims will
be easily created. If you wish, you can confirm your registration by e-mail at
support@midlandpowerinc.com
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Keep a copy of the original receipt,
UPC code and serial number with this user guide.
