INTRODUCTION
This Operator’s Manual provides an overview of the Bendix® Global Scalable Brake
Control (hereafter known as GSBC®) system. This manual explains the components,
features, functions, and known system limitations. There are also example
descriptions and explanations of the driver alerts and system interventions that can
be expected during operation.
Read this manual thoroughly before operating the system. Be familiar with the
possible system actions, alerts, and its limitations.
Keep this manual in the vehicle as a reference at all times.
NOTE: All of these alerts and actions are part of the GSBC system’s feature set released
by Bendix. It is possible for this Operator’s Manual to be moved from vehicle to vehicle.
Always verify the features that are included on your vehicles with your dealer or OEM.
