It might be an error (004) because the InstaShow Host has reached its maximum number of pairings; log into the web management and delete unnecessary pairings under Pairing Status. Wi-Fi interference or signal attenuation could also be a factor, so ensure the transmission distance is within 8 meters and there are no obstacles. Ensure the InstaShow Button enters pairing mode within two minutes of the InstaShow Host entering pairing mode.

Ensure you're using a USB 3.0 port for power. If only a USB 2.0 port is available, try reducing the power consumption by changing the Picture Quality Mode to Low Power in the web management. Also, Wi-Fi interference or signal attenuation might be the cause. Ensure the transmission distance is within 8 meters without obstacles. Restarting the InstaShow Host to rescan the Wi-Fi 5G channel or toggling the Rescan button in Web Management > Wireless Network > Wi-Fi Radio Setup might also help.

  If you see a "No Signal" message from the InstaShow Host on the display, or if your screen is blank gray when using the BenQ Conference System, the HDMI connection between your laptop and the InstaShow Button might be loose; try reconnecting the HDMI cable. Additionally, your laptop may not be detecting the second monitor. Try reconnecting the USB cable of the InstaShow Button or rebooting your laptop.

  If the second screen (InstaShow™) cannot be detected after connecting the InstaShow Button to your laptop with the BenQ Conference System, the HDMI connection between your laptop and the InstaShow Button might be loose, so reconnect the HDMI cable. If that doesn't work, the issue might be with your laptop, so try rebooting it. Also, ensure the InstaShow Button is powered on by reconnecting the USB cable.

  If nothing is shown on the display when using the BenQ Conference System, first ensure the display is switched on. Then, check that the correct input is selected on the display. Also, verify that the display cable is properly connected by reinserting the HDMI cable between the InstaShow Host and the display device. If the display fails to show the InstaShow Host’s output resolution at 720p, replace the display with one that supports this resolution. Finally, if the InstaShow Host is in Network Standby Mode, press the Present key on the InstaShow Button to start the presentation.
