If the message "Pairing failed" appears on the display of your BenQ Conference System, consider these solutions: * **Maximum Pairing Limit:** Log into the web management, select Pairing Status > Delete, and delete unnecessary pairings. * **Wi-Fi Interference:** Ensure the transmission distance is within 8 meters and there are no obstacles. * **Pairing Mode Timing:** When the InstaShow Host enters pairing mode, ensure the InstaShow Button also enters pairing mode within two minutes.
