If the BenQ Interactive flat panel's remote control isn't working, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the batteries are correctly oriented and not dead. Second, make sure you are within the appropriate range and angle from the display, and that the remote is pointed directly at the sensor window. Third, check for any obstructions between the remote and the sensor. Strong fluorescent lighting or direct sunlight on the sensor can also interfere, as can nearby devices transmitting infrared signals. Try turning off the infrared function on these devices.
