REASSEMBLING THE SLICING MACHINE
Reassembling the Sharpener
1. Make sure the sharpener knob at the base of the sharpener is loose (about 10 turns).
2. Insert the sharpener as shown in the picture until it stops at its correct position and screw
the knob.
Reassembling the Slice Deector
1. Placetheslicedeectorcarefullyinitsplaceasshown
in the picture.
Reassembling the Center Plate
1. Replace the center plate as shown in the picture making sure the section joint is in its
proper place.
2. Insert the tension rod for locking and screw completely.
3. Reassemble carefully and do not strip the rod threads or center plate bushing threads.
