Installation Requirements

Surface and Location

Install on a level, smooth, dry surface suitable for weight, out of reach of unauthorized personnel.

Electrical Connection Requirements

Install near EEC outlet with protection, differential switch, and earthing system; verify mains agreement.

Using the Slicer

Loading and Cutting Procedure

Pull table back, lift holder, rest product, block with holder, adjust thickness, press start, grip handle for cutting.

Stopping and Securing

Return thickness knob to safety, pull carriage back, press stop button.

Cleaning Procedures

General Cleaning Guidelines

Clean daily and if inactive. Use water and biodegradable detergent with soft cloth/brush. Avoid water jets/steam.

Table Tilting for Cleaning

Ensure machine is off, lever closed, pull table back, push table upward to tilt clockwise.

Blade Cover Removal

Rotate blade cover 90° anticlockwise using knob; a spring facilitates extraction.

Blade Cleaning Safety

Use protective gloves for cleaning sharpening areas, table, holder, and blade.

Maintenance

Blade Maintenance

Clean the blade regularly to keep it sharp and functional. Do not wash in dishwasher.

Blade Replacement Criteria

Replace blade when distance between edge and protection exceeds 5 mm.

Warranty and Responsibility

Warranty Coverage

24 months warranty for defects if used properly. Excludes transport, negligence, improper installation, wear, or voltage issues.

Manufacturer Liability Exclusion

Excludes liability for failure to observe manual, non-conforming use, unauthorized modifications, or non-original parts.

Demolition and Disposal

Material Composition

Machine composed of aluminium alloy, stainless steel, electrical parts, motor, and plastic.

Disposal Procedures

Troubleshooting

Machine Not Starting

Problem: Machine does not start. Cause: No power or defective control circuit. Remedy: Check plug, contact service.

Indicator Light Issue

Problem: Machine starts, indicator light off. Cause: Defective indicator light. Remedy: Do not use, contact service.

Machine Not Stopping

Problem: Machine does not stop. Cause: Defective control circuit. Remedy: Stop immediately, pull plug, contact service.

Sliding Component Resistance

Problem: Excessive resistance to movement. Cause: Lubrication not performed. Remedy: Perform periodic lubrication.
