This type of fryer is only suitable for use with oil or liquid fat, and
not with solid fat. Using
solid fat entails the risk of trapping water in the fat which will cause it to spatter violently when
heated up.

Never use the appliance outside
•
Never use the appliance in damp rooms (like sheds, bathrooms, etc.)

Never using solid fats (blocks)
•
Only use oil or liquid fats specifically suitable for frying
•
Remove ice from frozen food
•
Properly dry foods before frying them
