Alternatively, the swivel head bottom could be jammed. Detach the swivel head and smoothening-ring in accordance with instructions of section “How to remove the battery pack” from the manual, then remove trapped debris, verify the smoothening-ring and bottom plate are installed correctly and inspect the smoothening-ring for potential damages and wear and tear. Replace with a new one if necessary.
