  If your Bestway Hot Tub pump isn't heating properly, there are several possible causes: * The temperature might be set too low. Adjust it to a higher setting. * The filter cartridge could be dirty. Clean or replace it. * The thermal cut-out may have activated. Unplug the pump and let it cool down until the water temperature reaches 35°C (95°F) or lower before restarting. * The spa might not be covered. Attach the cover to retain heat.

  If the HydroJet™ system button is on but water does not come out of the spa, power off the Bestway Hot Tub heater for about 3 hours, wait for the temperature to drop, and restart the HydroJet function. The HydroJet system shuts off automatically after 1 hour, so restart the HydroJet function again to enjoy your spa. If there is some air trapped in the hoses, disconnect the water pump and reconnect after draining some water.

  If the Lay-Z-Massage System on your Bestway Hot Tub isn't working, the air pump might be overheating. Unplug the pump and wait two hours until it cools down, then plug it back in and press the Lay-Z-Massage System Button. Also, the Lay-Z-Spa Massage stops automatically, so press the Lay-Z-Massage System Button to reactivate it.

  If your Bestway Hot Tub control panel is not working, it might be locked. An auto-lock feature activates after 5 minutes of inactivity, indicated by a highlighted lock icon on the LED display. To unlock it, press the button for 3 seconds. If it still doesn't unlock, try restarting the pump by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

If the seals are not in the correct position, open the gears, and place the seals in correct position. 4. Connect the pump to the spa, hand-tighten the adapters, and remove the stopper caps from the spa ports. If there is leakage, tighten the adapter until there is no leakage.
