3 Medium: Physical exertion at least 2 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes each
4 High: Physical exertion at least 4 to 6 times a week for 30 minutes each

Very high: Intense physical exertion, training or hard physical work at least 1 hour
every day

. Change values by pressing the Button or the Button, or press and hold to quickly scroll through the
options.

. Confirm the entries by pressing the SET button.

. Once the values have been set, all settings display in sequence and the scale then shuts off.
6. Taking Measurements
Measuring your weight and carrying out diagnostics

. Press the SET Button and select a user number by pressing the / Buttons until the desired user number
displays. The LCD Display will cycle through the user parameters and then display “0.0” and the selected
gender for that user number; the scale is now ready for use.

. Step onto the scale with bare feet and ensure that you are standing still with equal weight distribution and
with each foot on one of the conductors.
NOTE:
•
D
o not let your feet, legs, calves or thighs touch each other. Otherwise, the measurement cannot be taken
correctly. The measurement result will be incorrect if the measurement is carried out with socks on.
The scale begins to take measurements right away. The following values appear in sequence:

. Weight

. Body fat in % (FAT)
3
. Body water in % (BW)
4
. Muscle percentage in % (MUS)
5
. Body mass index (BMI)
Weight Measurement Only
Step on the scale wearing shoes. Stand still with your weight distributed equally on both feet. The scale
measures and displays the weight right away.
Auto Shut-Off
The scale will shut off by itself after a few moments of inactivity.
