What to do if Beurer Personal Care Products device is on but no steam?

If your Beurer personal care product is switched on but not producing steam, or producing very little, ensure there is water in the water heater tank. Also, verify that there is liquid in the aromatherapy container. Check that the suction tube and other components are properly attached. Finally, inspect the nozzle for any blockages and clean it if necessary.
