First, the device might be out of range; the minimum range in a free field is approximately 82 ft (25 m), but walls and ceilings reduce this range. Also, other radio waves may interfere with the transmission, so avoid placing the scale near devices like WLAN routers, microwaves, or induction hobs. Another reason could be that the user memory space is full, preventing new measurements from being saved; in this case, open the app to automatically transfer the data, which may take up to one minute. Finally, the batteries in the scale might be empty, requiring replacement.
