DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE
3.1 Description of working cycle
S/R Versions
The water coming from the water supply (R VERSION) or from the tank on the back of the machine (S
VERSION), via a pump, passes through a excess pressure valve regulated to 12 bar (1.2 MPa) and allows
the boiler and the exchanger to be loaded. The boiler water, heated by a resistance, heats the water in the
exchanger in turn, from where it is sent to the unit via a manually-controlled valve, using a weight, that
allows the water to pass through to produce coffee.
