3.0.00 INSTALLAZIONE POMPE PBO- PBOM
3.0.01 Posizionamento
Verificare che lo spazio libero adiacente la pompa
permetta un comodo accesso al filtro (c), al bocchettone di
carico olio (a) e all’indicatore di livello olio.
Verificare inoltre che l’ areazione del luogo permetta una
buona circolazione di aria per il raffreddamento (d).
La pompa va installata su un piano orizzontale.
3.0.00 OPERATION
3.0.01 Installation
The pump must be installed on a level horizontal surface.
It should also be installed in an easily accessible area for
occasional maintenance, oil changes (a), and filter (c)
replacement. Visibility of the oil level sight glass is
essential and should be checked daily. Insure that the
area has sufficient air flow for the air cooling circulation of
the pump (d): this is very important to prevent the pump
from overheating. Proper inlet connections should be used
to prevent leaks. Leaks will reduce the performance of the
pump. Never restrict the pump exhaust.
3.0.02 Allacciamenti
Effettuare l’allacciamento dei cavi alla morsettiera ( e) che
alimentano il motore elettrico, proteggendolo con un
adeguato Teleruttore Salvamotore, tarato secondo il
valore indicato sulla targhetta del motore stesso. (Le
pompe sono prive di qualsiasi comando elettrico diretto, in
quanto normalmente vengono inserite in un impianto di
comandi centralizzati).
3.0.02 Electrical connections
Connect the motor’s cable to the winding box (e) being
careful to protect the motor by a suitable safety device
calibrating to the volts shown on the motor lab ( pumps are
not equiped with an individual electric switch as they are
usually installed on a centralized plant ).
