5.0.01 Verifiche di stato
A - Riempire la pompa con olio (Vedi Allegato “B” per le
caratteristiche) smontando il tappo di carico (a) fino a
ottenere un livello che corrisponda alla mezzeria
dell’indicatore (b). Rimontare il tappo e verificarne la
buona chiusura.
IMPORTANTE: accertarsi che nel tubo di collegamento
all’aspirazione non siano presenti residui di lavorazione
od impurità di processo che potrebbero danneggiare la
pompa.
5.0.00 START - UP
5.0.01 Check - up
A - Pump is shipped without oil. Add oil ( See Enc. “B” for
features ) through the oil fill plug located on the top of the oil
case housing (a). Fill until the upper sight glass is half full
(b). Screw on plug again and check its tightness. After pump
has run for a short period of time, check oil level and top off
as necessary.
Do not overfill or pour oil through the exhaust port. Do not
attempt to fill pumps while running: turn pump off.
IMPORTANT : check that no solid waste or process
impurities are inside the inlet piping, as these could
damage pump.

B - Verificare che la rotazione del motore
corrisponda al senso indicato dalla freccia
posta sulla calotta posteriore dello stesso.
Dopo un breve periodo fermare la pompa e
verificare il livello dell'olio, se necessario
aggiungere o togliere olio fino alla mezzeria
del livello.
Qualora la pompa fosse collocata in
ambienti polverosi, è necessario applicare
uno o più filtri supplementari
adeguatamente dimensionati. In alcune
applicazioni necessita montare un filtro a
bagno d'olio (FOP) in serie con un filtro a
cartuccia (FMV - FCV) nella sequenza qui
indicata:
B - Check that motor is rotating in the
correct direction; if the pump is installed in
a dusty environment, it is necessary to fit
one or more additional filters. For some
applications, it is advisable to equip
vacuum pump with an oil bath filter ( FOP )
in line with a cartridged filter ( FMV or
FCV) as follows :
A - Pompa vuoto
B - Filtro a cartuccia (FMV - FCV)
C - Filtro a bagno d'olio (FOP)
D - Aspirazione
A - Vacuum pump
B - Cartridge filter (FMV - FCV)
C - Oil bath filter (FOP)
D - Suction
