MALFUNCTION POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The iron switch does not light up
when pressed.
The switch is broken. Replace switch.
Power cord not properly
inserted.
Check power cord.
Lack of power supply. Check power cord.
Aer some minutes, the iron is
sll cold.
Check that the thermostat is at
least on COTTON posion.
Set the thermostat or replace it.
The temperature of the iron is
too high.
Thermostat is faulty or
temperature seng is too high.
Set the thermostat or replace it.
Iron gives out water or wet
steam.
The thermostat knob is set to a
low temperature or thermostat
is faulty.
Set the thermostat or replace it.
The steam geng out from the
iron is too dry.
The thermostat knob is set to a
high temperature or thermostat
is faulty.
Set thermostat knob to a
lower temperature or replace
thermostat
When you press the red thumb
switch, you do not get any
steam.
Coil is burned. Replaice coil.
Switch is defecve. Replace switch.
Power cord is damaged. Replace power cord.
