Connect EXP1, EXP2, and RS232 for dual mode on common interface motherboards.
Connect EXP3 and RS232 for dual mode on CR-10 interface motherboards.
Mismatched EXP1 to EXP3 connection causes a black screen due to incorrect pin mapping (RESET vs LCD_RS).
Screen shows no content when switching from touch to LCD mode.
Lack of data transfer in LCD mode prevents refresh; use encoder to refresh screen.
