  If your Bintelli Scooter engine won't start, it could be due to several reasons: * Fuel not entering the carburetor because fuel isn't flowing from the fuel tank. * A leak in the vacuum line fitting. * A blockage in the fuel line or vacuum hose. To resolve this, check fuel lines for blockages. Also, check the fuel petcock, replace the vacuum line fitting, replace the fuel line, and replace the vacuum hose.

  If your Bintelli Scooter is hard to start or consumes fuel excessively, the issue might stem from: * A blocked carburetor or an incorrect air/fuel mixture. * Leaks in the carburetor. * A blocked fuel filter. * A worn throttle of the carburetor. * Bad fuel. * A blocked air vent of the fuel tank. * Low fuel. To address this, clean or replace the carburetor, readjust the mixing ratio and concentration of the carburetor, clean the carburetor or replace the carburetor floater, clean the fuel filter, replace the throttle, replace the fuel, remove blockage in the air vent of the fuel tank, and add fuel to the fuel tank.

To resolve this, clean the air filter element, replace the air filter, repair or change the air filter housing, clean the carbon buildup, replace the cylinder head, and replace the muffler.
