X. Installing the stem

Push the second bearing onto the steerer tube with the fork seat ring (upper
headset shell). The chamfered side of the bearing inner race faces downwards;
the chamfered side of the bearing outer race faces upwards.

Carefully insert the fork through the head tube from below and fix it in place
with a tensioning strap.
88.
Push the clamping ring of the headset onto the steerer tube.
89.
Push the sealing ring of the headset onto the steerer tube.
90.
Push the spacer ring onto the steerer tube.

Fit the handlebar/stem assembly on the steerer tube. Make sure that you do not
damage the light cable.
