Y. Installing the front brake caliper
Before reinstalling used brake caliper retaining bolts, apply a drop of thread lock (medium strength, e.g. Loctite 243)
to the thread.

Fit the A-head cap and tighten it initially only enough to hold the fork and the
headset parts in place.

(e.g. when replacing the frame: Insert the light cable into the left cable outlet
in the downtube and feed it through as far as the opening under the bottom
bracket shell.

Loosen the tensioning strap or cable tie if necessary.
