Tighten the bolts attaching the mudguard to the dropouts with a T30 Torx
wrench to a torque of 4 Nm.
A T20 Torx wrench can be used to slacken the clamping bolts on the mudguard
stays. The mudguard stays can be adjusted to fit the wheel by pulling them out
or pushing them in. Tighten the clamping bolts to a torque of 1 Nm.

Insert the light cable through the hole in the mudguard and in the frame and
pull the cable out of the opening on the bottom bracket.
DD. Installing the battery nest

Insert the new cable set downwards through the frame opening and feed in the
battery nest.
Only use genuine bolts or, if reinstalling used bolts, apply a drop of thread lock (medium strength, e.g. Loctite 243)
to the thread before reusing.
130.
Align the battery nest in the frame and tighten it with a T30 Torx wrench and
a torque of 4 Nm.
131.
Take a 2.4 mm welding rod and bend it over approx. 20 mm as shown.
