RL39 - Repair instructions for changing the frame

Feed the welding rod through the left opening in the rear stay to the bottom
bracket.

Fasten the power cable to the welding rod using adhesive tape and pull and
feed it through the frame.

Again push the welding rod through the opening in the rear stay to the bottom
bracket.

Fasten the rear data cable to the welding rod using adhesive tape and pull and
feed it through the frame.

Fasten the front (long) data cable to the welding rod left in the downtube using
adhesive tape and pull and feed it through the frame to the left cable outlet on
the downtube.

single-wire connectors provide a sealed connection for copper wires. These are inserted into
the cable holes without stripping them first. A clearly audible click confirms that they are properly engaged
when the red cap is pressed in with pliers.
