Run VGABIOS if S3 Resume
Choos ing Enabled will make BIOS run VGA BIOS to initialize the VGA card
when system wakes up from S3 state. The system time is shortened if you
disable the function, but system will need AGP driver to initialize the card. So,
if the AGP driver of the VGA card do es not s upport the initialization feature, the
display may work abnormally or not function after S3.
The Choices: Auto (default), Yes, No.
Power Management
This category allows you to select the power saving method and is directly
rela ted to the fo llo wing mod es :
1. HDD Po wer Do wn.
2. Suspend Mode.
There are three options of Power Management, three of which have fixed mode
settings
Min. Power Saving
Minimum power management.
Suspend Mode = 1 hr.
HDD Power Down = 15 min
Max. Po wer Saving (default)
Maximum power management only available for sl CPU’s.
Suspend Mode = 1 min.
HDD Power Down = 1 min.
User Define
Allow you to set each option individually.
When you choose user define, you can adjust each of the item from 1 min. to 1
hr. except for HDD Power Down which ranges from 1 min. to 15 min.
