Offset Adjustment
Mechanical Adjustment.
This adjustment is made by a mechanical tensioner
with 5 positions, in which we obtain a distance of
0-76 cm. to the right or left considering the progress
of the tractor.
Offset displacement of the rear blade:
1. Park tractor on even ground.
2. Apply the parking brake and raise the rear blade
5 cm. above ground.
3. Level the mainframe and stop the engine.
4. Remove "R" lock (33) and tensor pin (13).
Turn the main frame to the desired position
and replace pins.
Offset hydraulic cylinder adjustment.
The offset cylinder (38) rotates the main frame to
the right, left or to any intermediate position,
resulting in a maximum displacement to the right or
left of 76cm.
To move the rear blade:
1. Raise the rear blade 5 cm. above ground by
operating the tractor lift control.
2. Operate the control valve connected to the offset
cylinder.
3. For tractors with two-circuit selector valves,
select the position where the connected cylinder is
and operate the tractor control valve connected to
the selector valve of the rear blade.
NOTE: Do not operate the selector valve under
load.
