What to do if my Bissell LITTLE GREEN 2513 Vacuum Cleaner won't pick up cleaning solution?

If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up the cleaning solution, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the upholstery/carpet tool is correctly positioned on the surface, following recommended cleaning procedures. Check if the Dirty Water Tank is full and empty it if necessary. Also, lift the tool and point it upwards to allow any excess solution in the flex hose to flow into the Dirty Water Tank. Make sure you're using only BISSELL® 2X Portable Machine formulas. Verify that the Dirty Water Tank is properly seated onto the base and that the dirty tank plug is securely sealed.
