Make sure the Formula and Water Tank is completely seated. Turn the power OFF, then remove and reseat the tank. 3. The pump may have lost its prime. To resolve this, hold the end of the hose below the water level in the tank to prime it.

Also, the pump may have lost its prime, in which case you should hold the end of the hose below the water level in the tank to prime it.
