If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn’t picking up the cleaning solution, several factors could be the cause. Make sure that the upholstery/carpet tool is correctly positioned on the surface, following the recommended cleaning procedures. Check if the Dirty Water Tank is full and empty it if necessary. Lift the tool and point it upwards to allow any excess solution in the flex hose to flow into the Dirty Water Tank. Only use BISSELL® 2X Portable Machine formulas. Ensure the Dirty Water Tank is properly seated onto the base and that the dirty tank plug is securely pushed in until sealed.
