If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has low suction, start by emptying the dirt container. If that doesn't solve the problem, make sure the dirt container is correctly installed and firmly snapped into place. Low suction can also be caused by dirty filters that need cleaning, or filters that need replacing. Finally, make sure that the battery is fully charged.
