Why won't my Bissell Vacuum Cleaner pick up dirt?
- BBrandon GarciaJul 30, 2025
There are several reasons why your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner might not be picking up dirt. It could be due to a clog in the vacuum. Try removing the main hose, lower hose and bottom brush cover and using a broomstick to clear any blockages. Another cause might be dirty filters. Remove and rinse the Pre-Motor Filters, allowing them to dry completely before reinserting. Also, remove and dust off the Post-Motor Filter. Finally, check your Suction Control settings and adjust as needed.
