Summary

Disposing of the Battery

Remove Water Tanks and Suction Lens

Remove the clean water tank, dirty water tank, and suction lens before proceeding.

Open Base Piece with Flathead Screwdriver

Use a flathead screwdriver to push and open a piece on the machine's base.

Remove Opposite Side Piece

Remove the corresponding piece located on the other side of the machine.

Release Base Hooks Inward

Push the two hooks at the base of the machine inward to facilitate removal.

Pry Off Back Cover

Carefully pry off the back cover of the machine.

Pry Off Upper Cover

Use a flathead screwdriver to pry off the upper cover, lifting from multiple spots.

Release PCBA Cover Locks

Release four locks to remove the PCBA cover, possibly using a flathead screwdriver.

Remove PCBA Plate Screw

Remove the screw on the PCBA plate using a Phillips-head screwdriver.

Remove DC Jack Cover and Spring

Remove the DC jack cover and its associated spring.

Disposing of the Battery (continued)

Remove Five Screws

Remove the five screws shown using a Phillips-head screwdriver.

Wiggle and Pry Off Handle

Wiggle the handle away from the left side and pry it off once loose.

Remove Two Screws

Remove the two screws shown using a Phillips-head screwdriver.

Cut and Tape Wires

Cut the red wire first, then others, wrapping each with electrical tape after cutting.
