  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner loses suction power, several factors could be the cause: * The tanks might not be seated correctly. Try picking up both tanks and reseating them to ensure they fit properly. * The Dirty Water Tank might be full. Empty the Dirty Water Tank if it has reached the maximum fill line. * The Clean Water Tank might be empty. Check and refill the Clean Water Tank if necessary. * The rubber tab on the Dirty Water Tank might not be sealed. Check the rubber tab and press firmly on all edges to secure it tightly. * The Accessory Hose Door might not be closed tightly. Ensure the Accessory Hose Door is locked into place. * The nozzle may be clogged. Use the Nozzle Clean Out Tool to clean the nozzle.

  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has reduced spray or no spray, it could be due to a few reasons: * The Clean Water Tank might be empty. Refill the tank. * The Clean Water Tank might not be seated completely. Turn the power OFF, remove, and reseat the tank. * The pump may have lost prime in Hose Cleaning Mode. Hold the end of the hose below the water level in the tank to prime it.

  Loss of suction power in your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner can occur due to several reasons. First, ensure that both tanks are correctly seated on the unit. Secondly, the dirty tank might be full; empty it if it has reached the maximum fill line. Also, check the clean water tank and refill if empty. Make sure the rubber tab on the dirty water tank is sealed tightly. Verify that the Accessory Hose Door is closed and locked in place. Lastly, the nozzle could be clogged; use the nozzle clean out tool to clean it.

  If there is no spray through the hose and tool of your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner, the hose to your machine may not be primed. With the machine OFF and unplugged, remove the nozzle from the foot. Place a ball point pen in the black cylinder next to the screw. When water bubbles up, remove the pen. Reassemble the nozzle and hose.
