  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has reduced or no spray, there are several potential causes. The clean water tank might be empty, so refill it. It may not be completely seated, so turn the power OFF, then remove and reseat the tank. The pump may have lost prime; hold the end of the hose below the water level in the tank to prime it. Also, the tanks may not be completely seated; turn the power OFF, then remove and reseat both tanks.

Alternatively, the clean water tank may not be completely seated properly; turn the power OFF and reseat the tank. Another possibility is that the pump has lost its prime; try holding the end of the hose below the water level in the tank to prime it. Finally, check that both tanks are completely seated; if not, turn the power OFF and reseat them.
